Here's a Description Of Every System

The Travel Berkey has its name for a reason ... it's great for traveling.

Easy to transport, this system stands 18" tall when in use and only about 12" tall when broken down.

With a diameter of 7.5", Travel Berkey holds 1.5 gallons of water. It's not only perfect for travel and outdoor activities, this system is also commonly used for unexpected emergencies. It is a great size for singles or married couples.

The Big Berkey

Slightly larger, the Big Berkey system has a storage capacity of 2.25 gallons.

This filter is ideal for small families and is still small enough for outdoor activities. Big Berkey stands 19.25" high and has a diameter of 8.5".

It can filter 3.5 gallons of water an hour and this Berkey, as with other larger Berkey water filters, can expand to use four filtration elements. With four elements, Big Berkey can filter 7 gallons an hour.

The Royal Berkey

Royal Berkey is an impressive filter, at 23" in height and a 9.5" diameter. It stores 3.25 gallons of water but can filter up to eight gallons per hour (four gallons if only two elements are used).

It's an ideal system for larger families. But the Berkey water filters don't stop there. The next size up is the Imperial Berkey filter.

The Imperial Berkey

Imperial Berkey stores 4.5 gallons of water and is 25.75" tall. The diameter is 10". It will filter 5.5 gallons of water an hour with two elements.

It can be expanded to hold six filtration elements, allowing 16.5 gallons to be filtered every hour.

Berkey's largest system, standing 30" tall, is known as the Crown Berkey. This massive filter stores six gallons and has a diameter of 11".

With two filtration elements, Crown Berkey will filter 6.5 gallons an hour. Capable of expanding to eight elements, it can then filter up to 26 gallons per hour.

This filter is perfect for churches, hospitals or any large group function. If you’re the type of person who always has to have the biggest and best, this is also a great Berkey for home use.

The Berkey Light

While this completes Berkey's line of stainless steel filters, Berkey still prides itself on yet another filter.

Known as Berkey Light, this system is constructed of virtually unbreakable, high impact strength non-BPA copolyester.

It's see-through construction allows you to see the water as it filters. Berkey Light comes with two filtration elements and a base that has optional LED lights.

This filter is awesome for traveling but is equally great for the home. It stands 21" high and has a diameter of 9".
