August 5, 2025: Berkey recently met with the DOJ as well as with the new Trump appointed EPA director over Region 8 and his staff regarding the stop order placed on Berkey International that has handicapped our operations and damaged the brand and all of our businesses over the last 2 years.

The meetings were productive and we believe we will soon obtain a favorable resolution that will allow us to continue doing business and reestablish Berkey once again as the Gold Standard in Gravity Fed Water Filtration.

We expect a resolution sometime in 2026.
