Sheltering In Place Just In Case

Sheltering In Place Just In Case

There are some things I don't enjoy talking about. I really am doing everything I can to be a positive person.

I love the idea of being optimistic instead of a doomsdayer. However, there is something called real life.

Because of all the disastrous events that occur every day in the world, I found it best to have a plan for sheltering in place just in case.

With the endless war on terrorism, many Americans are concerned about the real chance of a terrorist attack from a Weapon of Mass Destruction.

Terrorism, the war on terrorists, chemical attacks, dirty bombs, fallout, biological attacks, anthrax; what if such an event were to occur?

How would you protect your family?

Most people can't afford to build an underground shelter but, with a little know-how, you can use and prepare your own home to be a shelter against fallout or a biological or chemical attack.

It's much simpler than you might have imagined. You need to come up with a step by step plan of preparing and setting up your home as a shelter against a potential terrorist attack.

If you are pro-active and it's not your intention to depend on others to take care of you and your family during such an attack, then you need a sheltering in place plan.

There are some great materials available to help you set this plan up. I would recommend you do your research and either write the plan up in a notebook or type it up on the computer and print it off.

You'll probably need some supplies as well so maybe you have a special storage container or box in the garage or somewhere else in your house where all you have to do it open it up, read the instructions and get to work.

Don't worry, you wonÔÇÖt be the only one sheltering in place because there will be millions of Americans doing the same thing.
